This Online Privacy Policy discloses what information we gather from you from our website located at www.thingmagic.com (the “Site) and how we use, disseminate and protect that information.

This Site is controlled and operated by ThingMagic from its offices in the United States.  This Online Privacy Policy addresses only ThingMagic’s practices regarding information collected directly from the Site.  It does not address or govern any information we gather, use or disseminate by other means or media, whether offline or otherwise.

  1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from You
    ThingMagic may collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from you through the Site.  PII is any information which could potentially be used to identify or contact you.  PII collected may include tracking your home server domain name or IP address, e-mail address, or telephone number.  ThingMagic may also collect PII such as your fax number, postal address, or payment information (credit card number and billing address) knowingly provided by you in online order forms, sign-up forms, contact forms, online resume submissions, registration forms, surveys, e-mail, and other online avenues (including, without limitation, demographic and personal profile data).

  7. Opt Out Right
    Except in connection with ThingMagic’s provision of services, information, and products requested by you, you may opt out of having your PII prospectively retained by ThingMagic or, used by ThingMagic for secondary purposes, or disclosed by ThingMagic to third parties by contacting ThingMagic in writing via postal mail or e-mail.  This opt out right does not apply to collection of other information that is not PII.
  8. Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data
    Upon your written request by postal mail or e-mail, ThingMagic will provide you with a summary of any of your PII retained by ThingMagic, which information has been voluntarily provided to ThingMagic through the Site through an account registration, customer order, or electronic news or information subscription.  You may modify, correct, change or update your PII by contacting ThingMagic via postal mail, e-mail or telephone.
  9. Right to Change Privacy Statement
